Goat Cheese Making Course

The Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture is to run a 2 day hands on goat cheese making course this Friday and Saturday 4th and 5th May. The course teacher will be Linda Smith from Sherman Hill Farm in New York. Course fees are $125 for PASA members and $175 for all others. Course location is Fallsdale Farm in Tyler Hill, Wayne County, in northeast Pennsylvania.
