'Lakeside' is situated on the shores of Lake Ostrzyckie, in the Kaszubski Landscape Park, Kashubia, in the northern part of Poland, renowned for it's spectacular, diverse, and picturesque countryside. The area is better known as the Pomeranian Lake District and often described as the 'Kashubian Switzerland' because of the landscape of rolling hills, hillocks, numerous lakes, ponds and forests.

We can boast spectacular panoramic views of Lake Ostrzyckie and are close to many local facilities such as bars, restaurants, and for activities such as sailing, canoeing, horse and cart riding, hunting, fishing, skiing and sleigh riding (in the winter months), mini-golf, tennis, boat trips, quad biking, and even a flight in a hot air balloon.

'Lakeside' is approximately 30 minutes drive by car or taxi from the airport. There are also bus and train stations in Kartuzy, which is about 10 km from Lakeside, with links to Gdansk and Gdynia.
