goats for meat

I am planning to start goat farm in haryana . I have five acre of land and I dont have any idea about the business. I have few queries given below.

1) With 5 acre of land what is the number of goat I can start with.
2) What will be the initial amount to start (Buying of goats, fencing the farm, building shed etc…)
3) Number of workers required.
4) Which will be the best breed for meat and where can I get it.

Sir kindly help me in this issue so that I can start my farm as early as possible. Looking for your reply.
