The latest goat tragedy is that Nepal Airlines has sacrificed two goats to appease the Hindu sky god Akash Bhairab, after they had difficult technical problems with one of the fleets Boeing 757 aircraft. The poor hapless goats were sacrificed in front of the problem aircraft last Sunday at Nepal's international Kathmandu airport in keeping with Hindu traditions. They now report that problem is rectified and plane is back in service. Imagine what they will sacrifice if they had trouble with an A380 or 747? One would think they need better aircraft engineers and one would be way of flying with an airline that tries to fix planes using goat sacrifices.
