I highly recommend Hudson Heritage Farm products. I stop at Elmos almost weekly to pick up fresh eggs and meats. All products are natural and raised on the farm. Denise has some cool recipes too (even for people who can't cook like myself!). The leg of lamb is as good as my grandmother used to cook! Great job folks.

What fantastic folks, meat, and farm.

Hudson Heritage Farm really has beautiful livestock, that is well cared for, and pasture raised. The quality of their meat is fabulous. We have bought their meat directly from them at the farm, from the Elmo Country Store, and at the Halifax Farmers Market. The Hudsons are always willing to work with us on custom cuts and whole animals. If you want a good goat product you will find it at the Hudson Heritage Farms.
