Have you considered Nigerians for milk production? They give the highest milk fat, the most milk for their size, and the most milk for their feed intake. I'm working on an X-Heavy breed of Nigerians, and so are some other people. We're hoping they can outproduce other milk goats and give better milk on top of that. I have some pretty big does that are alot closer in size to Nubians. My large bred buck is bigger than any Nubian buck I've seen. It might be worth checking out, I'm on the site somewhere. =)
