Promoting Goats Milk in the UK - Thank Goodness For Goats
A 2 year-old boy has been selected as the face for a national campaign to highlight the health benefits of goats’ milk. We goat lovers and goat raisers already know this of course.
The 2007 national publicity drive, has the great slogan of Thank Goodness For Goats. This campaign is to be launched by St Helen’s Farm, which are the UK’s leading supplier of goats milk products, and this is also to coincide with Food Intolerance Week starting January 22–26.
The boy will help promote the health benefits of goats milk and he was switched to goats milk after discovery of a lactose intolerance to traditional cow based dairy products.
Food intolerance and food allergies are an increasing concern in UK and US and some 20 to 30 per cent of UK adults and children suffer from some food sensitivity. The Boer-Goat-Blog – The latest goat news
